Join class leader Cheryl Crenshaw for this perfect low impact workout! Chair Yoga will meet at First United Methodist Church (317 E. Main Street, Campbellsville, KY) each Wednesday at 10 AM while the library is closed for building repairs.
Here's a message from Cheryl Crenshaw, Chair Yoga Leader, "This is a reminder of our new place to meet for Chair Yoga for the next few weeks. First Methodist Church | 317 E. Main Street, Campbellsville, KY. Park in the back (off 1st Street) and come in through the back doors into the Fellowship Hall. Remember to bring your towel and water bottle. I hope to see you there on Wednesday at 10 am! Tell everyone you see!"
