Of the 868 people living in Ferguson in 2020, 46.1 percent (400) were women and 53.9 percent (468) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Pennyroyal News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 17. In the 65 and over age range, there were 91 females and 114 males.
