Of the 5,960 people living in Lebanon in 2020, 49.4 percent (2,943) were women and 50.6 percent (3,017) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Pennyroyal News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 180. In the 65 and over age range, there were 828 females and 376 males.
