The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Harold Rogers, Hal Rogers for Congress, refunded $4,400 to Tim Robinson on September 24, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Hal Rogers for Congress refunded $4,400 total since April 1.
