Census Bureau: More women than men in Albany in 2019

Medium names 19

Of the 2,272 people living in Albany in 2019, 55.3 percent (1,257) were women and 44.7 percent (1,015) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Pennyroyal News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 656-to-655. In the 65 and over age range, there were 427 females and 159 males.
