Cost of college went up for all students at Lindsey Wilson College

Tuition and fees rose 2.5 percent for 2018-19 at Lindsey Wilson College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Kentucky students paid $24,850 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $604 more than the $24,246 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 542 students received grants or scholarships totaling $11.8 million and 338 students took out student loans totaling more than $1.8 million.

Including all undergraduates (2,589), 1,996 students used grants or scholarships totaling $36.7 million, and 1,476 students took out $9.5 million in federal student loans.
